1. What We Collect

Email, encrypted password, top-up records, and API usage stats. We do NOT store your Airtable data content.

2. Where Your Data Lives

Account data is stored on secure servers (Render, Singapore region). Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card.

3. Your Airtable PAT

Your PAT stays in your browser and is never uploaded to our server. It is stored only in your browser's localStorage and transmitted directly to Airtable's API. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data or logging out.

4. Processing

Airtable data is transmitted to DeepSeek API for translation/cleaning and immediately discarded. No copies retained.

5. Cookies

JWT tokens for login sessions only. No third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data Deletion

Email support@databridge.app to delete your account. Processed within 7 business days.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on DeepSeek API (AI), Stripe (payments), and Airtable API (data). Review their privacy policies as well.
