Prepaid credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits never expire.
Pro and Team subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review and issue a refund if appropriate.
